He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Collins (Frank) and Dortha Robbins Collins; his spouse Beverly Simmons; his children, Rick Collins (Sis) of Elkland, Shawn Collins (Danielle) of Brookfield, Susan Cole (William) of Elmer and Dawn Collins of Westfield; his grandchildren, Shannon Collins, William Cole Jr. (Danielle), Angela Green (Nick), Derek Collins (Jessica), Riley Collins (Rachel), Cole Collins (Savannah), MacKenzie Collins, Jayce Collins and Faith Brandt; his sister Linda Odle (David); and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Simmons and Darrow Simmons.
