She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Avery and Virginia Avery (Gee); and her brothers, Jim and Chuck Avery. She is survived by: her husband Paul G. Lewis of Westfield; her children, Deb, Don Kibbe of Harrison Valley, Paul and Lori Lewis, Jr. of Rathbone, NY; her grandchildren, Charles, Tara Kibbe of North Fork, Sheri, Matt Slater of Mansfield, Terry Lewis of Alaska, Candi Hendrickson of Alaska and Roy Lewis of Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Dakota, Wyatt, Myah, Maleah and Chelsea. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
