He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Madison and Lena J. Norton Madison; and his brother Ralph "Rusty" Madison, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Travis Madison, Ray Madison (Courtney), Julie Ballard (Randy) and Amy Kendall; and his sisters, Cindy Madison and Diana Pierce. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
