He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis B. Moore and Leah Kemp (Boom); and his sisters, Carolyn and Kim Moore. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Tuttle; his daughter Nicole Moore Brown of Horseheads, NY; his grandson Ricky Moore of Elmira, NY; his children, BJ Mead of Westfield and Chris Mead of Westfield; his siblings, Steve, Ronnie, Orin, Scott Moore, Tammy Casher, Terry, Tommy Sawyer and Lisa Starkweather; his cousin Milford Boom; and his sister-in-law Wendy Tuttle. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Kenyon Funeral Home, 222 W. Main St., Westfield, PA 16950 to help the family with expenses.
