She is survived by: her children, Brian Cook (Pamela) of Elkland, PA, Michael Cook (Lisa) of Elkland, PA and Deanna Farman (Chad) of Knoxville, PA; her grandchildren, Jeremy Cook (Laeken), Jennifer Cook, Lisa Pavlick (Casey), Sarah Getgen (Michael), Todd Cook (Jackie), Jamie Cook (Gabby Citriniti), Katie Cook (Dylan McDonald), Renee Shantz (Will), Sammantha Orchowski, Jessica Farman (Jamie Colvin) and Amber Farman; and her brother Gary Kirk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
