He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Boom and Iva Plumstead Boom; his grandparents, Ray and Estella Boom; and his son-in-law Robert V. Stiles.
He is survived by: his spouse Sherell A. Dibble; his daughters, Tamron Perkins (Kenneth) of Ulysses, Charlene Stiles of Lawrenceville and Penny Moore (Roger) of Westfield; and his sister Blanche Lamphier (Jesse) of Sinclairville, NY.
