He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Baker and Eleanora Baker (Loveada); his sister Bessie Tompkins; and his granddaughter-in-law Jacquline Outman. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Watson; his children, Charles A. Baker (Betty Bennett) of Little Marsh, Gordon A. Baker of Westfield and Mishell L. Baker of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Curtis Clark (Nina), Daniel Outman, Erin Outman, Samantha Outman (Walter Soroko), Brian Baker (Allyssa Boyd), Alexander Cox, Hope Baker and Joeleen VanSkiver; and his sister Selma Foote. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
