She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Proctor and Josie Proctor (Weeks); her husband Richard H. Parker (Harold W. Lewis); and her siblings, Robert Proctor, Charles Proctor, Norman Proctor, Bert Proctor, Pearl Button, Wanita Burdick, Marjorie White, Ruth Snyder and Jane Yelich.
She is survived by: her brother James Proctor; and her children, Richard H. Parker, Jr., Barbara J Rankin, Velma R. Westbrook, Rose A. Knickerbocker, Karen L. VanNess (Jerold), Rita R. Perkins (Scott) and Jaroyal C. Patterson. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
