He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Belles and Helen Belles (Kelly); his siblings, Leon and Dorothy Mazur; and his nephew Jason McNeill.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Kasa; his children, Richard Belles, Jr. (Lynn) of West Wyoming, Brian Belles (Amber) of Erdenheim, Ellen Nocito (Michael) of Suscon, Kelly Dudek (Kevin) of Suscon and Bethie Dodgson (Scott) of Jenkins Twp; his grandchildren, Cassie, Michael Nocito, Carissa, Kalene, Nick Belles, Karleigh Dudek, Luke, Violet, Rosie, Daisy Belles, Jack and Ben Dodgson; and his sisters, Shirley McNeill (Rodney) and Lorraine Giovannini (Ted).
