She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Brostowski and Amelia Brostowski Stanish (Ascani); her husband Frank Plis; her daughter Cheryl McDermott; her stepfather Stanley Stanish; and her sister Irene Kasa.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Russick (Robert) and Frank Plis (Denise); her grandchildren, Erica Eifert, Jill Russick, Robert Russick, Sarah Richards and Lauren Strelish; her great grandchildren, Brendan, Megan, Tyler Lee, Wyatt Russick, Isaac, Samuel Richards and Anthony Strelish; and her sister Rosemary Borkowski.
