He is survived by : his children, Katina Smith (Clint), Ashley Shane (Ian) and Tony Rothert (Heather); his siblings, Carol Simmons (Len) and Alvin Rothert (Diane); and his girlfriend Elaine Siskind. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren.
