He was predeceased by : his brother Edward Olzak; and his parents, Edward Olzak and Martha Olzak. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Olzak (Kolb); his sons, Ronald M. Olzak, II of Emsworth and Randy J. Olzak of Tarpon Springs, FL; his brothers, Ralph Olzak (late Corrinne) and James Olzak; and his pet Cheyenne.
