With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Cowan (West View, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James F. Cowan; her children, Michael Cowan (Jennifer), Jaime Wagner (David), Jessica Casey (Sean) and Danielle Davidson (Bill); her parents, Albert Fowkes and Gladys Fowkes; and her brothers, Alan, Leonard and Edward. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren.
The Church Service will be held privately on Saturday due to COVID-19 restrictions. Those attending visitation and service, please be prepared to follow all local guidelines including wearing a face mask.
