She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Frank, Olga Mikovitz, Allison, Jr. and Sarah Kaltreider. She is survived by : her sons, Brandon and Joseph Nichols; her parents, James A. Kaltreider and Ann Kaltreider (Mikovitz); her siblings, Mark Kaltreider (Kim Halo) and Sara Hillenbrand (Stephen); her uncle Nick Mikovitz (Kathy); and her aunt Mary Schwab (Donald). She is also survived by her family and friends.
