She was predeceased by: her parents, James Price and Joan Knight Price Snyder; and her husband Gene O. Winger. She is survived by: her children, Gene Winger (Wendy) of Oil City and Susan O'Laughlin of President; her grandchildren, Keisha, Kendra, Kayla, Kara Winger and Katlyn O'Laughlin; her great grandchildren, Amelia Winger and Aurora O'Laughlin; her siblings, James Price of Erie, Kathi Kistler of Seneca, Kelly Dolby (Dave) of Dempseytown and Kim Dunkle of Oil City; and her brother-in-law Jack Winger (Patty) of Shippenville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
