He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Walter Polaski and Anna Polaski; his brother Walter Polaski; his sons, Joseph Polaski (Donna), Michael Polaski and Edward Polaski (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Megan, Ashley, Jeffery, Brad, Alesha, Nicole, Jeremiah and Britney.
