He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Blake (Etzel); his children, Barbara Blake, Jeffrey Blake (Dawn), Donna (Richard) and Mary Rollinger (William); and his grandchildren, Nikolas Hennig, Justin Blake (Shannon), Steven Blake, Daniel Taylor, Ashley Taylor, Lindsey Taylor, Krystol Beaty, Jasmine Rollinger and Joshua Rollinger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
