She was predeceased by: her pet Diva. She is survived by: her brothers, Jeffery D. Kostelnik (Melissa) and Brian K. Kostelnik (Lisa); her nieces and nephews, Emily, Katelin, Jeffrey, Ashleigh, Mckenzie, Kalie, Amber, Theodore Andrew, Kamryn and Nathan; her uncle George Himber (late Mary Kay); her aunt Rita Biswick (Rick "Bubba" Glovola); her cousins, Jason Biswick, Sr. (Barb) and Chris Biswick (Tammy); and also Rudy.
Those attending should be prepared to follow all COVID-19 health guidelines, including the wearing of a face mask.
