He is survived by: his children, Danielle Miller (Scott) and Tim Howe; and his grandson Jeffrey Miller.

“Jeff was my best friend and I love him very much. He will be missed, but he lives on in my memories. I'm sure Jeff knew death is another step toward eternity, and he met death with his eyes wide open and full knowing of his everlasting salvation.
