He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Rapp (Jean). He is survived by: his children, Mary Thompson (Steve), Jeffrey Rapp (Amy), William Rapp (Kathy) and Susan Hill. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in his name to the charity of choice.
