He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Suchacek, Sr. and Mary Maracek; his siblings, Anna Mae, Frances, Ludwig and Richard; and his great grandchild Shay Mondoñedo.

He is survived by : his wife Angeline; his siblings, Dorthy Ann Flore and William Suchacek; his daughters, Kathleen Boehm (Kenneth) and Karen Torpey (David); his grandchildren, Kristy Lasch (Jason), Kory Boehm (Melanie), Christopher Torpey (Melissa) and Jessica Mondoñedo (Samuel); and his great grandchildren, Cody, Hunter, Kenzey Lasch, Killian and Faith Boehm. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
