He is survived by: his wife Carole Jean Urban (Small); his children, Cheryl Segars (Joe) and Robin Marker; his grandchildren, William Bechtold (Raina), Ryan Segars (Casey), Jaclyn Bechtold (Andrew), Jesse Segars (Catherine), Miranda Marker and Madison Marker; his great grandchild Ansley Segars; and his sister Sandra L. Ewing (late William).
