She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Polcsak and Sophia Zera Polcsak; her brothers, John and Lawrence; her sons, Derl and Michael; her daughter-in-law Amanda; her granddaughters, Michela and Ava; and her sister Georgette Barno. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Good Samaritan Hospice of Wexford.
