He was predeceased by: his parent Harvey Holtgraver. He is survived by: his parent Lelia Holtgraver (Williams); his children, John A. Holtgraver (Sara) and Kathie A. Lynch; his sibling Sam Holtgraver (Joan); his grandchildren, Rachel Holtgraver, David Holtgraver, Patrick Lynch (Kristie) and Shannon Lynch; and his great grandchildren, Vince and Zaine.
