He was predeceased by : his godmother Carol Tierney (Bud). He is survived by : his parents, Richard J. Katcher and Karen A. Katcher (Thomas); his aunts, Sheila Jackson (Henry), Molly Byrnes (Eric) and Trish Thomas; and his cousins, Lisa, Sean, Jeffrey, John and Navy.
