He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne L. Terwilliger and Mabel L. Terwilliger (Crispen); and his siblings, Wendell Terwilliger, Betty Bailey (Robert Bailey) and Larry B. Terwilliger.
He is survived by: his wife Darla L.; his daughters, Laura Lynn Colligan and Karen Kay Landers (Thomas); his grandchildren, Nick Colligan, Adam Colligan (Amber) and Sara Colligan; his great grandchild Haylee Wade; his stepdaughter Tracy (Blake) Claypoole (Grant); his stepgrandchildren, Natalie Claypoole, Garrett Claypoole and Braden Claypoole; his brother Gary R. Terwilliger; and his sister-in-law Faith Terwilliger.
