He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Beam and Ellen Beam (Waxter); his siblings, Charlene Ogden, Ellen McHale, Robert and Thomas Beam; his grandson Joshua McClaine; and his great grandchild Josiah McClaine.
He is survived by: his wife Laura M. Beam (Beattie); his children, Donna McClaine (Jeff Firestone), Tabitha Beam and John C. Beam; his grandchildren, Justin McClaine, Alyssa McClaine, Cody McClaine, Colton McClaine, Zachary McClaine, Jonathan McClaine and Samantha Broerman; his great grandchildren, Hazel and Hayden; and his brother Charles Beam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc. (124 E North St, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in John's memory may be made to Butler County.
