He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman "Red" D. and Stella L. Tousey (Furey); his siblings, Donna Tousey, Sharon Haggerty and Michael Tousey; and his brother-in-law David Thomas.

He is survived by: his children, Jo-Anne Lockhart (Jay) and Norman "Chuck" Tousey (Mindi Cline); his sisters, Penny Field (Jim), Valorie Thomas, June Ann Zimmerman (Earl) and Hally Lasch; his brother-in-law Herman Haggerty; his brothers, David Tousey (Terrie), Bruce Tousey (Rita) and George Tousey (Janet); his stepmother Barb Tousey; his grandchildren, Danyelle, Brandon, Marc and Collin; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Kolten. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
