He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Grace Smith (Kategianes); and his wife Robbie Smith. He is survived by: his children, Morgan Lee (Jeff) and Jared Smith (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Isabella, Savannah, Johnny, Logan and Macie; and his siblings, Lori Snyder-Knowles (Steve) of Albion, PA and Rick Smith (Madonna Smith) of Albion, PA.
