We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2022, at the age of 64, Guy D. Hagen of West Springfield, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Hagen and Audrey L. Hagen (Alexander); and his uncles, Mike and Dick. He is survived by: his children, Timothy M. Hagen of West Springfield and Stephanie L. Petersen (Joel) of Girard; his siblings, Rebecca Baughman (Robert) of Girard and Mark E Hagen (Cindy) of Conneaut; and his granddaughters, Naomi and Isla Petersen.
