He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Koch and Mary Koch (Young). He is survived by: his wife Pauline Koch (Recla); his daughters, Tammy Marsh (Jeffrey Marsh), Natalie "Beth" Lesher (Mark Lesher) and Jeannette "Jen" Armbruster (Robert Armbruster); his grandchildren, Colin Miller, Dillon Marsh, Paige Lesher, Joshua Lesher, Willie Armbruster and Zach Armbruster; and his sister Marilyn Brownwell. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in William's honor to the Cocalico Education Foundation.
