He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann Penta (Hagan); his parents, Angelo Penta and Giustina Penta (De Sandro); and his siblings, Giuseppe and Carmella.
He is survived by: his children, Construction, Croydon Pa, Joseph Penta, Susan Penta, Theresa Penta, Marie Hart and John Penta; and his brothers, Antimo and Vincenzo. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren.
