It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Burkert Sr. of West Reading, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jarnell; his former wife Joyce; and his children, Lynne Burkert Schappell and L. Oliver Frey. He is survived by: his sons, Judson T. Burkert, Troy Burkert, Jr. (Laura) and Alan T. Burkert. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
