He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Kendall and Betty Kendall (O'Boyle). He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Kendall, Taylor Giorgio (Michael) and Jonathan Spang; his grandchildren, Mikey, Rhett Thomas, Waylon, Jasper and Violet; and his brothers, David Kendall and Brian Kendall.
