With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Koch (West Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 26, 2021 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa Koch to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jake; her parents, Peter Boulanger and Marie Boulanger (Hermann); and her brother Francis Boulanger (Ethel). She is survived by: her children, German, Suzanne Boylan (Michael), Thomas Koch (Jamie), Martin Koch (Suzanne), Jeanne Buzby (Eric) and Nina Lilley (Steve). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
The family respectfully asks all in attendance to wear masks. Entombment at Gethsemane Cemetery will be private.
