She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Scheifele and Ardell Scheifele (Whitman); and her siblings, Nancy, Judy, Barbara, Patricia and Robert.
She is survived by: her husband Scott L. Levan; her children, Kellylynn (Michael Wanner) and Michael (Marcella Goda); her grandchildren, Michael, Loni, Kyle, Matthew, Adam, Zachary, Ashlee, Mikey and Nikolas; and her brothers, Jeffrey and David.
