He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert D. Forrest, Jr. and Mary Forrest (Campbell); and his sister Rosemary Reigle. He is survived by: his wife MaryCatherine (Reilly); his children, Albert D. Forrest IV of East Earl and Erin Babe (Nathan) of Wilmington, DE; his grandchildren, Albert D. Forrest V, Jayden, Gabrielle and Fiona; and his sister Karen Isola (David) of New Jersey.
