He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottfried Jopp and Elsa Jopp (Schreiter). He is survived by: his wife Judith A. (Klemick); his children, Cynthia Westley (Dennis) of West Chester and David Jopp; his close friends, Lori Scotnicki of Hanover, NH and Daniel R. Jopp (Lisa); his brother Frederick F. Jopp of Muhlenberg Twp; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Brooke, Sarah, Ashlee, Derek and Dylan.
Due to Covid restrictions, services will be for family and closest friends and masks are encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, Rudy's family invites contributions in his memory to the American Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
