With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Scull (West Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bower and Evelyn Bower (Scheffey). He is survived by: his wife Deborah P. Scull (Mogel); his daughters, Megan Hines (Rick) of Wernersville and Ashley Scull of West Lawn; and his grandchildren, Reilly and Shaffer.
