It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina T. Vail of West Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Mennig and Regina Mennig (McGovern). She is survived by: her sons, Michael J. Vail (Susan) of Downingtown and James E. Vail (Susan) of Wyomissing; her grandchildren, Courtney Welch (Mark), Jamie Vail, Lindsay Vail, Brendan Vail (Brittany), Tara Carmichael (Neil) and Kayleen Vail; her great grandchildren, Cora, Noah, Cassidy, Molly, Rylee, Liam, Logan, Julia, Carson and Beau; and her great great grandchild Emersyn Maeve.
