He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Hinsey and Mary Jane Hinsey (Brisan); and his brothers, Richard and Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hinsey (Long); his sons, Randall E. Hinsey (Tanya) of Wyomissing and Steven C. Hinsey (Kristine) of Muhlenberg Twp; his grandchildren, Shelby, Aaron and Natalie; and his brothers, Rodney of York, Russell of Muhlenberg Twp, Raymond of Spring Twp and Roger of West Reading. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
