It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Hoffman (West Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Miller and Lottie Miller (Heisler); her siblings-in-law, Richard Painter and Julia Miller; and her granddaughter Madelaine Pachuilo.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Thomas Hoffman; her sons, Ricky Hoffman of Brecknock and Randy Hoffman (RayNice) of Reading; her siblings, Harold Miller (late Julia) of Temple and Bette Fisher (Norman) of Exeter; and her grandchildren, Anthony Klopp, Alena Klopp, Adam Hoffman, Leah Rampolla, Elisha Pavlick (Rampolla), Jacob Shellhamer, Jeremiah Shellhamer, Logan Pachuilo, Iona Pachuilo and Owen Pachuilo. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
