He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Shanaman and Margaret Shanaman (Walker); and his sister Pricilla Shanaman. He is survived by: his close friend Donna M. Schmeck; and his siblings, Teresa Lehmann of Mooresville, NC, Melanie (Jack Martin), Deborah Shanaman of Water Mill, NY, Jeffrey Shanaman (Beverly), Henry Shanaman (Jean) and Mark Shanaman (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
