He is survived by: his sons, Francis R. Norris and Michael Norris; his sisters, Sharon Halter (Norris) of Reading, Catherine Kacprzycki (Norris) of Collegeville and Melissa Quinter (Kevin) of Wyomissing; his nephews, Anthony Norris of West Reading and Adam Kacprzycki; his niece Shelby Halter of Shillington; and his pet Marco. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts and extended family.
