She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W., Sr. and Arow R. Cook (Miller). She is survived by: her sons, Justin M. Cook (Victoria) of West Reading and Robert A. Cook of West Reading; her stepchildren, Monica E. Zuest of Virginia, Raymond A. Zuest of Iowa, Trevor A. Zuest of West Reading and Albert J. Zuest of West Reading; and her grandchildren, Jace, Scarlett, Serenity and Bella. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
