He was predeceased by: his wife Christine M. Bard (Maslar); his parents, Leroy Bard and Alice Bard (Spresser); and his son Nicholas L. Bard. He is survived by: his brother Russell, Sr. (Beverly Bard); his nephews, Russell, Jr. and Kevin; and his niece Dianna.
