He is survived by: his children, Christine (Terry Farrell), Brenda (Edward Legenski), Curtis Bender and Michele Keller; his siblings, Betty Wayne and Kenny Bender; his grandchildren, Nicole Lacouve, Katie Legenski, Michael Bender, Elizabeth Bender, John Miller and Joseph Leas; and his great grandchildren, Grant and Morgan Miller.
