She was predeceased by: her husband John Joseph McDonough; her parents, Thomas LeRoy and Mary Lydia Leinbach (Seidel); her siblings, Mary Schilling, Evelyn Christman, Olivia Lapp, Fern Slater and Thomas Leinbach; and her great grandchild Kelsey J. Naples.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen J. Hartman, Mary Ann Naples (Frank) and Brian McDonough (Debra); and her grandchildren, Angela, Brandon, Allison, Tara, John, Jesse, Christopher and Corey.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kuhn Funeral Home (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A burial will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at the Forest Hills Memorial Park (391 W Neversink Rd, Reading, PA 19606).
