She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry, Jr. Leinbach and Alfretta Leinbach (Epler); her brothers, David and Harry, III; and her sister-in-law Lyndel Leinbach.
She is survived by: her husband Winston F. Simmons; her daughter Tammy A. Simmons of West Reading; her nieces and nephews, Sabrina Rankin (Tyler), Lorrie Luckenbill, Susan Scholl, Kristie Grier, David Evans and Jeff Ritter; her sisters-in-law, Sheri Leinbach and Shirley Ritter (Marvin); and her great-nephews, Ryan and Anthony Rankin.
