We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2019, at the age of 80, Joseph W. Leisner (West Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Leisner and Anna Leisner (McLaughlin); and his brother Bill Leisner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Leisner (Brennan); his daughter Deborah A. (Keith R. Bortz); his sister Kathy (Bud Zeiser); his grandsons, Joshua and Shawn Bortz; and his sister-in-law Kitty Hollinger. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
